Mr. Kindzirsky provides leadership for GEAR’s operations, contract administration, business development, and long term strategic direction. He works closely with GEAR’s management team to support organizational growth, project delivery, staffing coordination, and major operational decisions across the company. As a service disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy, he developed a strong background in logistics, hazardous materials coordination, and operational management while overseeing personnel and cargo distribution efforts throughout the Middle East and Asia. During his military service, he led HAZMAT personnel supporting dozens of naval vessels and aviation squadrons, gaining extensive experience in planning, coordination, safety oversight, and high tempo operational support that continues to support GEAR’s approach to project execution and organizational management.
Tony Wood

Mr. Wood serves as a senior advisor to GEAR’s management team, providing guidance on project execution, environmental strategy, business development, and long term organizational planning. He brings over 40 years of experience in environmental consulting, environmental business development, site remediation, and environmental management across both domestic and international projects. His background includes environmental consulting and operational support for major industry groups, developers, insurers, military related projects, and federal environmental programs, including work on numerous Superfund and voluntary cleanup sites throughout the United States, Mexico, Europe, and Iraq. He previously served as Director and senior instructor at the National Spill Control School, where he taught HAZWOPER, Oil Spill Response, Shoreline Cleanup Assessment Technique, and other environmental safety and emergency response courses for industry and government personnel. His extensive consulting, training, and operational experience continues to support GEAR’s approach to project planning, environmental management, and long term organizational development.
Matthew Watford

Mr. Watford has been a long standing leader at GEAR, with a background in wetlands, surface water, and coastal environmental systems. He manages GEAR's project portfolio alongside Mr. Wooten, directing environmental programs across site assessments, monitoring, compliance support, and technical reporting. He oversees the project teams and staff carrying out that work, sets the technical standards they work to, and writes and reviews the technical reports that reach the client. He is on site with project teams throughout a project, keeping field execution aligned with the technical direction GEAR has set.
William Wooten

Mr. Wooten brings a strong background in environmental compliance, regulatory support, and client focused project delivery. He manages GEAR's project portfolio alongside Mr. Watford and leads the firm's client relationships, working with clients, regulators, and project stakeholders throughout the life of a project. He directs project strategy, regulatory interpretation, ESG initiatives, and writes and reviews the technical reports and documentation GEAR issues, helping ensure deliverables meet client expectations and professional standards. He is regularly on site with project teams to confirm work is progressing as planned and meeting the standards GEAR sets.
